Horizontal Single Side Tank Welder

• Single side submerged arc welding machine designed for welding the horizontal
  seams of oil, gas, and grain storage tanks.
• Travels on top of the tank's vertical plates and welds them to the plates immediately beneath.
• Horizontal drive for welding around the entire tank
• Self-contained unit carrying operator, its own welding equipment and flux recovery system
• Plate heights from 4 ft (1.2 M) minimum to 10 ft (3.05 M) maximum
• Welds plate thickness from 1/4 in. (6.35 mm) to 2 in. (51 mm)
• A vertical tank welder is available for welding the vertical seams
• An optional fitted canvas cover is available

Horizontal Double Side Tank Welder

• The Ogden double side tank welder is similar to the single side unit but is capable of welding the inside & outside horizontal seams of field erected oil, gas, water and grain storage tanks.
• The machine travels around the tank and makes both inside and outside butt welds in a 3 o'clock position
