Extremely stable and versatile bi-directional traveling gantry for production welding of multiple stiffeners

Consists of a large perimeter gantry frame which spans the production panel line and doubles as the track for the gantry module traveling perpendicularly to the floor mounted gantry rails

Available with two to eight welding modules for welding up to four stiffeners simultaneously

Available welding processes include single wire flux cored arc (FCAW) welding or gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Two welds are made on each stiffener.

Capable of both continuous and stitch welding

The self-contained unit carries the welding power sources, pneumatic or hydraulic systems, smoke removal system, water cooling equipment, and large capacity wire reels or drums

Floating guidance system to follow and maintain arc position

One man operation

Cable handling or buss bar options available

An Ogden Touch Screen interface and PLC control is available with this unit.
